Marilyn's Etheree for Spring

Sun
Glinting
Off white fur:
Could it be time
To celebrate Spring?
I lie still and listen
For birdsong, longing to see
The flutter of wings, the vivid
Hues of wildflowers that line the creek.
When Spring comes, I'll be here to welcome her.
